Workday Student Records Implementation Lead Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. Work You'll Do As a Workday Student Records Implementation Lead on our Human Capital team, you will: Lead the end-to-end deployment of Workday Student Records, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, user training, and post-production support Translate business requirements into system configurations and process changes, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday Student Records (course management, enrollment, grading, academic history, degree audit, etc.) Analyze current student records processes, design future-state workflows, and configure Workday solutions to best meet institutional needs Serve as the liaison between university leadership, functional owners, IT teams, and Workday consultants to ensure alignment and successful delivery The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of professional experience; preferably with Workday 2+ years of experience with the full lifecycle implementation of the Workday Student Records module Actively Workday Student Records certified Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Bachelor's degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: Experience with Workday reporting The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,000 to $198,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
