THE JOB: The Software Engineer of Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for designing, engineering, implementation of all IAM technologies across enterprise. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in identity management (SailPoint) and authentication technologies. The individual must have a motivated team player mentality, exuding positivity, strong interpersonal finesse, and the ability to seamlessly transition between roles as both an individual contributor and a key team player. The individual must be hands-on, work under minimal supervision and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This individual will have strong knowledge of identity services,

SailPoint is the primary tool

, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.) and experience of IAM products like BeyondTrust, OKTA, Azure AD, and Active Directory. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Contribute key inputs to the strategy MGMRI will follow to achieve a robust and leading identity management program.

Primary responsibilities will be related to application onboarding, workflow development, and operations & maintenance activities.

Configure, develop, and implement access certification, identity lifecycle management, self-service access requests, and delegated administration within IIQ.

Designing, build, configure, and implement IIQ connectors for Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Oracle, or other common protocols/systems for MGMRI's IAM systems and beyond.

Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.

Develop API services for access policies, and certifications, and design custom screens for requesting additional access and approvals.

Unit testing of code and understanding of custom changes to SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Attending client stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements, confirm design, collaborate on integration, support user acceptance testing.

Managing the Services Standard Build (SSB) / Services Standard Deployment (SSD) configuration.

Maintenance to workflows (Joiner / Mover / Leaver / Approval process).

Respond to support requests not fielded by the help desk.

Assessing requirements for Identity and Access Management solutions to meet stakeholders needs.

Help build technical and non-technical processes, policies, and standards that reflect security best practices and minimizes MGMRI's security risks.

Build and maintain mutual trust with key stakeholders in the company, such as Engineering, Compliance, IT, HR.

Act as a key technical resource in the IAM space for the organization.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of prior relevant experience.

Possesses extensive expertise and hands-on proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Coding experience in SailPoint.
