IAM Architect

*Aloha* One of Hawaii's largest healthcare clients is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IAM Architect to provide high-level oversight and strategic direction for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SailPoint and Okta, a strong background in cybersecurity architecture, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry’s regulatory requirements. This role will involve designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions to ensure the security and compliance of our systems. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Oversight: Provide high-level oversight and strategic direction for the IAM project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. - Solution Design: Design and architect IAM solutions using SailPoint and Okta to meet the specific needs of the healthcare environment. - Implementation Management: Lead the implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. - Security Architecture: Develop and maintain a robust cybersecurity architecture framework that supports IAM initiatives and protects sensitive healthcare data. - Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and other relevant standards. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, security, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IAM solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of systems and data. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures. - Training and Support: Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on IAM processes and tools. - Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity, recommending and implementing improvements as needed. *Top Skills Details:* IAM, Cyber security, Security architecture, Okta, Sailpoint, Sailpoint implementation *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* - Deep understanding of IAM principles, cybersecurity frameworks, and healthcare regulatory requirements About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
