This role will involve designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions to ensure the security and compliance of our systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Provide high-level oversight and strategic direction for the IAM project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design and architect IAM solutions using SailPoint and Okta to meet the specific needs of the healthcare environment.
  • Implementation Management: Lead the implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Security Architecture: Develop and maintain a robust cybersecurity architecture framework that supports IAM initiatives and protects sensitive healthcare data.
  • Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and other relevant standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, security, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
