Overview: The Cost & Finance Program Analyst will join the PRIME unit of the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Health Diplomacy (S/GAC) in Washington, D.C. The candidate will provide critical support in data analysis and strategic insight, necessitating the ability to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance. Collaborating closely with various S/GAC teams, U.S. government agencies, and international partners, the candidate will contribute significantly to informed decision-making, program improvement, and ultimately, the global effort to combat HIV/AIDS.

Responsible for supporting designated PEPFAR countries across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and/or the Latin America/Caribbean Region. Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing the supporting costs, budgeting, and financing of HIV/AIDS interventions within PEPFAR programs. By providing accurate and timely data, your insights will inform funding decisions for both internal stakeholders and external partners. Serves as a Cost and Finance Program Analyst for designated PEPFAR countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and/or Latin America/Caribbean. Analyzes supporting costs, budgeting, and financing of HIV/AIDS interventions under PEPFAR implementation. Provides timely and accurate data for funding decisions, including reports for internal and external stakeholders. Supports development, approval, implementation, and reporting of operational and strategic plans for PEPFAR countries and regional HIV/AIDS programs. Offers strategic input into budgeting for HIV/AIDS interventions, contributing to impactful decision-making.

Qualifications: Skills/Qualifications:

Must be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills. Must be in good physical condition and can occasionally travel. MODERATE RISK PUBLIC TRUST clearance required.

Education and Experience: This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. A bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or related field from an accredited institution is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and inform decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. Clearance Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (Tier 2) clearance required.
