Join us and be part of a team dedicated to making a differencePosition Perks & Benefits:$5,000 Sign-On-Bonus29 Days of PTOCompetitive PayEligibility for HRSA Loan Repayment *eligibility requirementsEmployee benefits package - health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more**Competitive 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan - up to 5% match for Part-Time and Full-Time employeesCompany-paid basic life insuranceEmergency Medical Leave ProgramFlexible Spending Accounts - healthcare and dependent child-careHealth & Wellness ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Discount ProgramMileage ReimbursementKey Responsibilities:Medication Administration: Administer medications to clients via various methods, including oral, injection, self-administration, and others, according to service line requirements.Nursing Assessments: Perform nursing assessments, including physical and mental health assessments, and psychiatric screeners, according to service line requirements.Documentation: Document medication administration and nursing assessments accurately and completely, adhering to service line standards.Medication Reviews: Conduct MAR reviews and medication counts, monitor house stock of medications and refill status for housing clients, and prepare pass medications as needed.Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding medication questions and needs, staging refill requests to providers according to standard operating policies and procedures.Client Rooming: Room clients, verify client data and medical history, confirm purpose of visit, and obtain necessary physical preliminary requirements such as blood draw, urine sample, height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.Timely Documentation: Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, including nursing assessments, physical and spoken interventions with clients, nursing-led educational groups, and client safety plans.Record Keeping: Ensure that all medical and medication records are up-to-date and accurate, and assist with general lab and phlebotomy duties as needed.Resource Person: Function as a resource person for nursing and medical issues, overseeing infectious disease control, client hygiene, and related client and facility health issues, under the supervision of nursing leadership.Meeting Participation: Participate in all required meetings as assigned.Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as required, assigned, and/or delegated by nursing leadership.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.ORGraduation from an accredited medical assistant program.Additional Qualifications:Proficient in accurately entering, transcribing, recording, and storing information in various formats, including written and electronic forms.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and convey complex ideas in a simple and respectful manner.Committed to maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information, including medical records, by using secure methods such as encrypted files and password-protected documents.Skilled at reading and interpreting various types of documents, including laboratory results, notes, and electronic health records, as well as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.Competent in basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to understand and follow instructions, and adapt to new situations and challenges.Demonstrates a willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with others, embracing diverse perspectives and approaches.Brightli is on a Mission:A mission to improve client care, reduce the financial burden of community mental health centers by sharing resources, a mission to have a larger voice in advocacy to increase access to mental health and substance use care in our communities, and a mission to evolve the behavioral health industry to better meet the needs of our clients.As a behavioral and community mental health provider, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workforce and encourage applications from individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
