**Description**

**Position Summary:**

The Warehouse Manager will provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company. The Warehouse Manager should be able to anticipate the needs of the company and must be proactive to ensure staff levels, order and cleanliness in the facility.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

1. Maintain overall health of the facility.

2. Work with HR and make recommendations for staffing decisions.

3. Work with HR to maintain employee performance documentation and annual reviews.

4. Manage facility schedule and staff levels as production dictates for maximum productivity with minimum labor costs.

5. Maintaining optimal production flow.

6. Manage SLA for facility.

7. Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory.

8. Maintain clean and safe facility using 5S.

9. Report employee incidents and safety incidents or hazard to Management team.

10. Work with QA team to minimize rejects and report rejects to Management team.

11. Report any equipment issues to Management team.

12. Daily commutation with Barcode printer/Warehouse leads to ensure correct orders.

Required Experience:

1. Minimum of three years of experience in distribution.

2. Minimum of three years of managerial/leadership experience.

3. Knowledge in Microsoft office required.

4. Strong analytical/critical thinking.

Desired Competencies:

5. Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure.

6. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills;

7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload.

8. Must be flexible in work schedule.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in related field.
