Job Description:
The ILS and Supply Support position will provide Product and Program support to E23 supply department at NSWC Port Hueneme Division. The successful candidate will become a part of a very dynamic, fast paced team that requires flexibility in tasking to rapidly respond to fleet requirements. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
* Define system supportability requirements and evaluate program documentation for logistics impacts
* Provide program support with data gathering and analysis that support program deliverables
* Coordinate weekly/monthly program meetings
* Develop and maintain Intergrated Master Schedules (IMS)
* Review and track Logistics products in various databases and systems
* Track inventory and warehouse management within Navy-Enterprise Inventory Database (N-ERP)
Requirements
Required Skills:
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
* Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly and perform in a dynamic, fast paced team environment.
* Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to evolving customer requirements and produce positive results.
* Ability to obtain a valid U.S. government secret clearance.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Navy-ERP and other Navy Logistics databases
* Current U.S. government secret clearance.
* Experience with OneTouch / Logiquest
Security Clearance:
Applicants may need to have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the Minimum Qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation including but not limited to, criminal history, employment, and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
