Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy through the provision of clinical pharmacy services. The Clinical Pharmacist delivers pharmaceutical care services by monitoring and intervening in therapeutics to provide optimum outcomes in a cost effective manner. The Clinical Pharmacist fulfills departmental responsibilities within the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of the hospital.
What qualifications you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Current TN Pharmacist Licensure or eligible
- Doctorate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
- Hospital pharmacy residency preferred
