Job Description:

JOBDUTIES:
Maintainand Manage the scope of requirements for the Pega application/platform.
Leadthe business teams & development teams in gathering requirements andimplementing requirements leveraging the Pega system software
Ensuredocumented use cases represent business needs & requirements
Responsiblefor decisioning high performing solutions on the Pega Platform.
Applydesign principles of Decision strategies, Next-Best-Action and PredictiveAnalytics
Documentbusiness rules & design and configure rules & flows.
Assistwith class structure design from the perspective of the business needs
Functionas a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements andtransforming those requirements into data mapping specs
Communicatew/ internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like screenand interface designs
Interactwith and communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, developmentmanagers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders
Understandthe full end-to-end impacts of an initiative and have the ability to identifyany impacts to other cross-functional teams/applications; work on productionissue resolutions
Partneringwith the development leads to ensure that system is scalable, tuned forperformance, and operationalized
Workwith Development Managers, Program Managers, and Architects in scoping andsizing of projects.
Qualifications:
Experiencewith software architecture design and SOA services implementation
Demonstratesstrong analysis and design skills on development for products and services thatinclude front end and back end integration.
Understandingbusiness process management and business requirements of the customers andtranslating them to functional specifications/User stories/etc for Pegaapplications.
Excellentoral, written, documentation skills; experience in executive presentations.
ObjectOriented (OO) experience
Mustbe a good team player.
MUSTHAVE SKILLS:
-Knowledge of Pega software & functional design using Pega.
-Proficient in DCO tools & techniques for capturing Business Requirementsfor Pega applications
-Strong technical and communication skills;
-Presentation, flowcharting, documentation expertise
DESIREDSKILLS:
-Adept in best practices on BPM development methodologies, processre-engineering, process modeling & Pega platform adoption
-In depth understanding of PRPC tools & framework
-Experience using Pega frameworks & functional design for medium to largescale projects
-Exposure to a variety to technologies, including object-orientedtechniques/principles, database design, application & web servers, not justPega.
-Working knowledge of Decision strategies, Next-Best-Action and PredictiveAnalytics
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
-Pega certification is a plus.
