We are seeking a CSR Quality Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: The CSR Quality Manager leads quality, compliance, and education for CSR department. This role is the primary contact for CSR and high-level disinfection process initiation, compliance adherence, and tracking of quality and auditing activities. This role utilizes a strong background in Sterile Processing workflow to develop and maintain a quality assurance program. Working under the direction of the Director, Perioperative Services and in close collaboration with the Manager, Central Sterile Reprocessing, leaders of the surgical, procedural, ambulatory, and clinical areas. The CSR Quality Manager develops processes and contributes to education, in-servicing, competency validation, and auditing as it pertains to regulatory requirements and policy and procedures perioperative, procedural, and ambulatory sites.
