At Minto we welcome change, celebrate new ideas and provide you with the resources, professional training and diverse opportunities to grow your career.Your offer will include: Competitive salary Annual bonus + benefits within 1 month + 401K matching + 3 weeks' vacation Tuition reimbursement Employee recognition platform - Be rewarded by your colleagues for your contributions Many exciting career opportunitiesIn this role, you will: Create and plan content for closed Association Facebook groups to promote all community related events and activities Engage with customers on all social media platforms with the goal of building/maintain a loyal customer base through a continuous online presence Facilitate online responses and conversations with customers through engaging text, image and video content Ability to produce organic marketing/social media content Collaborate and work closely with Social Media Manager and Lifestyle Managers to generate/maintain relevant content, campaigns, and other community related initiatives to drive traffic and increase audience participation Have expertise in multiple social media platforms with an emphasis on Facebook; articulate trends and make recommendations relating to all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness Develop an optimal posting schedule while considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics Knowledge of each location, community, and Minto productsWe would like you to have:Education: Minimum required AA Degree in PR/Media/Communications; Bachelor's degree or higherExperience: Have a strong understanding of organic social media marketing strategies and an understanding of how to build/maintain a social media community. A minimum of one to three (1-3) years of previous similar work experience in the social media industry is required.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience with Marketing/Public Relations/social media (strong emphasis on Organic Facebook Efforts) Experience with copywriting and creative writing Social media marketing experience Proficient with most social media platforms Experience with developing/planning a social media strategy Experience working with a marketing plan/overall business strategy Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher) In-depth knowledge of Facebook (groups), Canva, Sprout/Reputation Graphic design abilities Content management Proficiency in data management and storytelling Responsible for generating social media reports outlining metrics and growthOur future is better together.
