Summary: The Client Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire new client onboarding process from data collection to transitioning the client to ongoing support. This critical role ensures each client receives a world-class onboarding experience with Tesseon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales team in converting prospects to new clients.
  • Oversee the flawless onboarding of new clients to Tesseon products and services by working with an outsourced strategic partner.
  • Ensure error-free transition of newly onboarded clients to the Client Services team.
  • Identify areas for efficiency, effectiveness and growth through upsells/enhancements.
  • Reporting client's status to Leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimal of 1 year of Project Management experience.
  • Based in St. Louis office.
  • Ability to adapt and grow with Tesseon's vision.
  • Seamless collaboration with Strategic Partner.
  • Multitasking and handling adversity concurrently.
  • Knowledge of formal project management and process development.
  • High level of detail orientation and focus.
  • Technology savvy with Microsoft systems and platforms.
  • Emotional intelligence (self-awareness and self-regulation).
  • Experience with iSolved Platform (training provided)
  • Experience with MS Dynamics Project Module.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with many personality types.
