Overview
TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse
Business Development Engineering Interns
for our Summer 2024 intern program. This is a paid full-time position. Anticipated duration will be from June through August 2024 (flexible). This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon graduation. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders and partner with engineers, scientists, and technologists.
Responsibilities
Engagement in business development role
Assisting with client interaction, phone calls, PowerPoint presentations, proposal development, and database updating
Updating opportunities within CRM environment
Updating capture plans
Designing, correcting, and implementing dashboards within Salesforce CRM
Additional tasks as necessary
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Willingness to travel
Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Engineering
or related field
Interest in business development and client interaction
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possesses strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, detail orientated person
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow
Experience with CRM software (like Salesforce) is preferred but not required
