Client Details

Our client is a leading precision manufacturing company. They have over 200 employees, with about 150 of them being at the plant in Greenfield. Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to work closely with the Site Manager at the plant to help with day to day HR initiatives. The HR Generalist will help with recruiting and hiring, will process payroll, and will handle performance management.

Description

  • Manages recruitment and onboarding processes for manufacturing personnel.
  • Handles employee relations and conflict resolution within the plant.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Facilitates training and development programs for plant staff.
  • Collaborates with management to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
