Bilingual Receptionist
Location: Hillsboro Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13-$14/hr.
About the Role
Wisenbaker is seeking a self starting individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will create a positive and lasting impression on clients and visitors.
Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage visitor access and maintain a secure environment.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience, willing to train.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience (preferred)
