Sunnova Energy is searching for Fulfillment Project Coordinator I to be responsible for

daily management of assigned Sunnova Account Manager(s) and assigned dealers

within their region by within established duration goals. The Fulfillment Project

Coordinator I will develop working relationships with cross-functional areas to ensure

on-time completion of customer installations. The position requires analytical skills and the ability to be thorough in a fast-paced environment.

Fulfillment Project Coordinator I Responsibilites
    • The Fulfillment Project Coordinator will review document accuracy submitted by the dealer network based on company policies
    • The Fulfillment Project coordinator will manage exception cases and escalate to the appropriate department.
    • Develop and Establish relationships with active Sunnova Dealers and serves as main point of contact during installation
    • Tracks, manages, updates, and reports on WIP outside of the duration times established by Sunnova from Notice to Proceed (NTP) to In-Service and Completed stage
    • Coordinates with Dealers to submit and receive Permission to Operate (PTO) from the local utility within established timeframes, verifying receipt.
    • Monitors and verifies System Production, remotely troubleshoots systems with the assigned manufacturers
    • Manages systems where PTO has already been received
    • The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills
    • The Fulfillment Project Coordinator is responsible for performing other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
    • B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university in a business-related field or at equivalent experience in project management or coordination
    • 3 to 5 years of experience with Project Management
    • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal team
Preferred Qualifications
    • B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university in a business-related field
    • Utility and/or Permit processing experience preferred
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to adapt and work in an open, fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines
    • PC skills; Microsoft Office applications
    • Knowledge of utility contracts
    • Ability to multitask and perform other duties as assigned
