We are seeking a System Engineer with knowledge of server hardware architecture including but not limited to storage controllers, memory, networking, CPU and GPU chipsets. This individual will be required to work cross-department with Sales, Engineers, Production, Commodity Management and IT Team to drive system components validation and system development projects. Candidate will develop system and cluster solutions for customers with server, storage, networking and software technologies. Work closely with system software vendors and internal firmware development to create product software / firmware requirements based on real-world customer demand.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define the system HW architecture, leading multiple function teams to develop server system.
  • Responsible for the bugs. Work with validation team doing the bug analyzing and providing the final solution.
  • Handle the customize requirement. Review any customize requirement and provide the customize proposal and suggestion.
  • Responsible for the design, development and integration of server systems.
  • Provide system architecture with Aivres design function, and cooperate with other units to develop.
  • Modify and customize according to customers' needs, communicate with customers about requirements details, reply and solve customers' problems.

Qualifications

  • Have learning experience in computer science or related discipline, at least 7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Familiar with x86 platform development (Intel/AMD).
  • Experience in complete development of independent server system or motherboard design.
  • Familiar with the system connector specifications and applications.
  • Speak English and Chinese are highly preferred.
  • Understand system testing and verification and have a conceptual basis for design costs.
