Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Coordinate and schedule pre-employment medical testing for prospective employees, including but not limited to drug screenings, physical examinations, and other required tests. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for employees, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA. + Collaborate within the Health and Safety department to ensure compliance with records retention policies and regulatory requirements related to pre-employment testing. + Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external medical providers, and candidates to facilitate the testing process and ensure timely completion of requirements. + Assist in the development and implementation of processes to streamline pre-employment testing procedures and improve efficiency. + Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping tasks related to medical documentation. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Previous experience as a medical clerk, medical assistant, or in a similar role is required. + Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and documentation practices. + Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, such as HIPAA. + Experience collaborating with Health and Safety departments on records retention and testing compliance is highly desirable. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. **What we offer you:** + 15 days of paid vacation plus company holidays + 401K plus 6% company match + Employee Assistance Program + On-site car parking **Do you have a question about the role?** **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
