USL Spokane is hiring a part time/variable hour Team Store Associate.The Team Store Associate will help support merchandise sales by working shifts in the USL Spokane team store located at the Davenport Grand and on match day at ONE Spokane Stadium.

Key or Essential Functions

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the duties listed below.The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct opening and closing duties in the team store including following all procedural checklist items.
  • Be physically present in the team store when working a shift.
  • Engage with customers, answer questions about merchandise, and help customers in their merchandise selection.
  • When not helping customers, organize merchandise, fold, and restock, and maintain on overall orderly and clean retail floor.
  • Process customer merchandise checkout protocols include cash and card payments.
  • Periodically work "pop-up" type team store locations.Serve as an ambassador of our business and engage directly with fans in our retail locations offering great benefits to our customers.
  • Report internally any recommendations for team store improvements, feedback from customers, or overall ideas regarding the team store.
  • This position may work weekends, holidays, and weekdays.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background check.
  • Ability to pass SafeSport training and certification.
  • Have reliable transportation to the Davenport Grand and ONE Spokane Stadium.
  • Proven ability to build respectful working relationships and effectively communicate with employees, management, vendors, contractors, and customers.
  • Demonstrates superior customer service skills by ensuring each interaction leaves the individual feeling heard, appreciated, understood, and valued.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Non-exempt position pay range $20 - $22 hour
  • Washington Paid Sick Leave 1 hour for every 40 hours worked
