Talent Acquisition Specialist

Great opportunity to join a fast paced recruiting team supporting a growing organization. We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist with 4+ years of high volume recruitment experience (preferably some warehouse/operations/manufacturing).
Interviews available immediately
Day to Day:
- Collaborates proactively with hiring managers and business partners to support hiring needs, requirements, qualifications of open positions and identifies opportunities for process improvements.
- Mentors and provides guidance to internal stakeholders regarding hiring and interviewing best practices.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers, including candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
- Organizes and attends virtual and on-site job fairs and recruiting events.
- Develops a candidate talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing methods.
- Assess candidate information via submitted resumes or employment applications. Reviews candidates contact information, job experience, skills, and education, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Complies interview questions and other tools used to assess each positions job requirements.
- Plans interview and selection procedures. Coordinates and conducts phone screens, assessments and in-person or virtual interviews.
- Manages employee onboarding and offboarding experience via electronic surveys. Collects, analyzes and reports data and trends to leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Four years of proven recruitment, hiring and on-boarding experience.
- Experience with high-volume national recruitment a plus.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms.
- Analytical skills, with ability to use data and metrics to evaluate needs and recommend change.
- A team player with the confidence and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communications skills.
