As a Controls Engineer, you will be tasked with designing all hardware and software elements for complete and functioning systems that meet project contract documentation. You will adhere to engineering standard practices and guidelines, including researching alternatives, obtaining suppliers, and verifying designs. Responsibilities also include estimating equipment replacement costs, assisting in bid document and presentation preparation, coordinating material order release, developing engineering time estimates and schedules, researching equipment compatibility, and purchasing final equipment. You will also generate required submittals, O&Ms, and as-builts, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and corrective actions.
