Here are the traits we look for in our store teammates: Ensures Accountability Customer-Focus Collaborative Instills Trust Decision-Quality/Decision-Making Abilities Action-Oriented DSGT1 QUALIFICATIONS: Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour). Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform. Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously). Based on the location of the House of Sport, you may be required to submit relevant state mandated clearances to supervise minors.
