Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems and processes Lead design, and software reviews of projects to ensure project deliverables around automation systems are achieved Program and troubleshoot industrial control systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities Project management within cost and time constrained environments Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve automation issues Create and interpret schematics for automation equipment Provide technical support, troubleshooting help, and guidance to customers and contractors Any other duties deemed necessary or appropriate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field / or 5 years related experience Strong knowledge of automation systems and technologies Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley ControlLogix, Rockwell, and Wonderware Intouch Experience with distributed control systems in a manufacturing environment Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automated processes Proficiency in CAD software for designing electrical schematics and flow sheets Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
