Job Description:Radiation Therapist-OncologyFull Time - Day Shift$30,000 sign on bonus for qualified individualsMust be able to be on call, including weekends and holidays, and flexible to work above standard hours to meet staffing needs.Under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist, the radiation therapist uses ionizing-radiation producing equipment to administer therapeutic doses of radiation as prescribed by the physician for each patient undergoing a prescribed course of radiotherapy. Other responsibilities include patient scheduling and education, maintaining treatment equipment and records, and monitoring treatment area.
