Our distinguished professional, technical, and administrative support teams are known for their quality care, communication, and compassion throughout the treatment process. The AEC veterinary team, featuring our board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist, is highly skilled and maintains an admired reputation for medical excellence. About the Role As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinic operations while welcoming and assisting our guests. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person. Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged. Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail. Qualifications 1 year of customer service experience in the veterinary or human medical field required. Familiarity with payment collection processes. Familiarity with EzyVet software preferred. Experience managing multi-line phone systems. Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry.
