Hybrid/remote role - must live in the Reston, VA area.What you will do:Recruitment Marketing Specialist will build innovative recruitment marketing strategies by bringing modern marketing methods and tactics to the recruiting process in order to attract top talent in the market.In partnership with our Corporate Marketing team, the successful candidate will:Plan and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality applicantsPlan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newslettersAssist with supporting company's career site and suggest improvements from an EVP, talent attraction, and positive candidate experience standpointIdentify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audienceWork with Marcomm team to build out targeted landing pagesTrack, measure and report on campaign resultsFunction asliaison with Corporate Marketing team and Talent Acquisition team for organic and inorganic marketing efforts and campaigns; paid digital ads, recommending various tactics based on target skills-audience-geo locations; monitor performance and assist with analytics ROIWill lead development of project level tactics and strategy for project level talent attraction and candidate engagement campaignsWill manage our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool and job boards including building out profile and user managementCreate engaging job descriptionsCreate targeted sponsored job campaignsCreate and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent communityBuilding talent pipelines, sourcing candidates for core competencies across the business, providing resume slates to RecruitersBuild and maintain a network of contacts and tools to identify and source qualified candidatesResearch and grow partnerships to include college/universities; veterans/military; diversity (DE I) and other areas to expand our outreach effortsDesign and plan recruiting eventsResearch hiring events nationwide specific to target skills and geographical locations; register for events, build/design booths for virtual hiring events, etc. Deliver key metrics for ROI investments madeServe as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting eventsGenerate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiativesCreate monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metricsCommunicate regularly with TA department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goalsWork closely with TA department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challengesSuggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagementResearch marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industryKeep abreast of new trends in social media channelsParticipates in enterprise-wide task teams and initiativesASRC Federal provides solutions and services for more than 30 U.S. government defense and civilian agencies. As a family of Alaska Native-owned companies, our work helps secure an enduring future for more than 14,000 Iñupiat shareholders from Alaska's North Slope.RequirementsWhat you will bring:BA degree in Human resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant fieldPrevious working experience as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for 3+ years5+ years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing and/or AdvertisingExperience working for a Federal Government contractor supporting Defense, Civilian and Space markets is requiredTalent sourcing experience is requiredIn-depth knowledge of recruitment marketing and an understanding of employer branding strategies and talent attractionExperience with recruitment marketing, social media engagement, brand awareness and engagement, campaigning, etc. Experience creating recruitment marketing content, fliers, emails blasts, drip campaigns, etc.Demonstrated knowledge of using staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, job boards and social media. Strong internet mining experienceUnderstanding of recruitment processesHands on experience with recruitment marketing software - candidate relationship management (CRM) tools such as Symphony Talent SFX, Aveture; Adobe Suite, MS Office Suite is a mustKnowledge of employment lawsOutstanding organizational and time management skillsMust be self-driven and able to think big pictureExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadCreative thinker and proactive problem solver with excellent writing skillsMust be able to travel at least once a quarterHybrid position, must live local in the Reston, VA areaEEO StatementASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
