Identify risk issues and formulate practical recommendations to (i) remediate or rectify deficiencies, (ii) improve business and risk processes, (iii) amend counterparty and macro risk appetite statements, and (iv) enhance policies, procedures, and credit risk reporting.

Represent Credit Review in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.

Identify potential weaknesses and emerging trends at transaction and portfolio levels.

Use communication and influencing skills to resolve issues and evaluate solutions for inclusion in examination reports.

Summarize findings and recommendations in concise, written reports distributed to executive management and regulatory agencies.

Define, lead, and manage strategic initiatives, including Targeted Reviews and special projects as needed in support of Credit Reviews objectives.

Develop collaborative relationships with bank stakeholders and foster a positive work environment consistent with Citizens values and CREDO.
