Responsibilities:

* Prepares journal Entries to post to the ledger on monthly basis * Post cash receipts to the general ledger on the daily basis * Prepare bank reconciliation's on assigned bank accounts * Analyze assigned general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy of coding and account balances and prepares account reconciliation on monthly basis * Assist Senior Accountant in the preparation of monthly financial statements and other financial reports * other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from an accredited college or university * 1-2 years of experience in accounting

Preferred:

* Experience with Great Plains Software * Non-profit experience
