Brief Description The position of Marketing Officer- Multimedia at Atlantic Marketing Co Ltd involves utilizing creative and technical skills to design and produce visual materials for various marketing and communication purposes. As a Marketing Officer- Multimedia you will collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content that aligns with the company's brand identity and objectives. Tasks Create visually appealing and innovative designs and videos for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website elements. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and strategies that effectively communicate the company's message and enhance brand awareness. Use graphic design and video editing software and tools to manipulate and enhance images, create illustrations, design layout, and videos. Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and interpret design briefs. Competencies (in order of importance) Creativity - thinking creatively to develop innovative design solutions and visually compelling materials. Attention to Detail - paying close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in design work. Time Management - effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines. Communication - excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with team members. Adaptability - being flexible and open to feedback, able to adjust designs based on client or stakeholder requirements. Lines of Communication The Marketing Officer- Multimedia reports to the Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with the marketing team. Working Conditions This is a full-time position with standard working hours, Monday to Friday. The Marketing Officer- Multimedia will work in an office environment equipped with the necessary design tools and software. Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines or attend relevant events.
