As our full-time Multimedia Specialist, you’ll support the marketing and e-commerce department of FRY Fastening Systems, primarily serving the Nail Gun Depot website division in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, our candidate will take complete ownership of our corporate video production and visual design program. Primary responsibilities include shooting, editing and cataloging video content for our corporate channels, as well as producing digital marketing materials to support our online and brick-and-mortar operation. The candidate selected may be asked to occasionally support our growing marketing team in additional tasks outside the core responsibilities outlined, and will report to our Director of E-Commerce and Marketing.

Familiarity with collated fastening products is a major plus, but not mandatory. Our desired candidate MUST be willing to educate on the core product lines we sell and service. Candidate will be expected to report in office, with some limited flexibility for remote work. Required Experience:

- Comprehensive knowledge working with video production from conceptualization to completion

- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and messages via visual design

- Familiarity with Adobe photo and video editing suite

- Experience using content management system(s)

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Windows

Additional Experience:

- Previous experience serving the hardware and fastener industry

- Understanding of marketing best practices, particularly in terms of digital content

- Knowledge of best practices for producing search engine friendly content

- Familiarity with core principles of e-commerce
