The Omniseal Solutions division under the Mobility business is looking for an Engineering Technician to join the Saint-Gobain team. The Toolmaker will set up and operate a variety of computer-controlled and mechanically controlled machines, manufacture tools to produce precision metal parts, fixtures, gauges and die components. Read blueprints, sketches, specifications, or CAD and CAM files for making tools and dies Compute and verify dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances of work pieces Set up, operate, and disassemble conventional, manual, machine tools File, grind, and adjust parts so that they fit together properly Test completed tools and dies to ensure that they meet specifications Smooth and polish the surfaces of tools and dies Single point threads various types Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ? We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is$25.00 to $35.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to10%of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is$52,000 to $72,800.
