Responsibilities Passionate customer advocate with the desire to assist, advise and educate our customers on wireless products and services. Qualifications At least a high school diploma. Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation. This position requires the ability to work in multiple locations. Requires frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed. Ability to travel approximately 10%, based on the needs of the business. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
