**Job Skills / Requirements**

A Site Coach will oversee the cleanliness of a job site(s) while providing and maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance to Team MJV guidelines and the current OSHA standards and regulations. This position is responsible for, but not limited to performing all general cleaning duties, managing daily activities, developing team members, and leading the job site team by both Team MJV and customer policies and procedures. It also includes proper use and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies. This will be primarily a day shift position with the flexibility needed for 2nd shift and/or occasional weekends. Must have prior management experience, reliable transportation, with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

**Additional Information / Benefits**

Team MJV offers medical, dental, and vision benefit plans to those who work a full-time average of 32 hours or more per week after 6 months of employment. Both advancement and referral bonuses are also available

This job reports to the Regional Coordinator

This is a **Full-Time** position **1st Shift**, **2nd Shift**, **3rd Shift**, **Weekends**, **As needed**.
