**Job Title:** Customer Service Security Agent

**Location:** Downtown Dallas

**Environment:** Corporate HQ location/ Guard Shack

**Pay Rate:** $13.00

**Shift & Hours:**

Multiple Full-time Positions available:

* **Monday-Wednesday 6PM-6AM; Thursday 6PM-10PM**

* **Monday - Friday 10PM-6AM**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:**

* Exceptional customer service

* Basic use of a computer

* Ability to multitask

* Indoor and Outdoor active patrol

**General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

* Provide excellent customer service to our clients

* Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site

* Respond quickly to critical situations

* Ability to read and write detailed reports

* Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:**

* At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements

* Possess or be able to obtain a Non-commission security officer license through the state of Texas

**General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:**

* Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)

* Pass an extensive screening process
