As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
