Job Description: The Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, assist in developing and maintain budgets & forecasts, account analysis, posting month-end journal entries and account reconciliations. The successful candidate will also collect pertinent information for third party audits, and will be the first point of contact for accounting related issues.

Maintain weekly cash, metrics, and labor reporting Monitor project costs and investigate variances to forecast Assist with month end close process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis Processing of accounting transactions with accuracy across multiple costs centers Provide detailed analysis and explanations of all transactions Coordinate documentation for external auditors Maintain and update process and procedure documents for the department Demonstrated ability to support other departments within the company and coordinate training and information sessions as needed Assist with other projects as needed Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
