Responsibilities Serve as senior Logistics and Supply support Lead to CPF. Provide business transformation services to support the enhancement of financial operations and improved readiness, focusing on improvements to processes, policies, systems, and internal controls related to government property, equipment, and materials. Serve as a subject matter expert for CPF with standardization and strengthening of applicable life cycle management (procurement, R&A, inventories, disposal, etc.) processes and controls for government equipment. Perform research and analysis, review and develop asset documentation, perform gap and risks analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, support improvement of existence and completeness accuracy of asset amounts (quantities & valuations) recorded to the accountable property system of record (APSR), and support implementation of corrective actions to mitigate process and internal control deficiencies. As needed, provide in-person and ad-hoc training to government personnel to communicate policies, reporting requirements, and proper data entry/documentation in APSR. Qualifications & Clearance Requirements Master's degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience OR bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience. Demonstrated experience in supporting DoD ILS acquisition and life cycle documentation and initiatives encompassing provisioning, training, sustainment, and readiness. Strong analytical and problem solving skills for determining and providing logistics support. High level of knowledge in a variety of ship systems and equipment. Secret security clearance verifiable in DISS.
