Country Manor Campus has been voted the Best Senior Living Facility in Central MN for the last six years in a row We are rapidly growing and in search of a qualified and compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our Assisted Living/Home Health Care team.
The ideal candidate for Assisted Living LPN will be clinically competent, compassionate and committed, with a special interest in serving the elderly. The LPN will be responsible for providing care to residents according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of practice and care, under the general supervision of the Assisted Living Manager.
****Responsibilities:****
* Care for senior population requiring Assisted Living health care services.
* Provide resident care and treatment
* Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
* Educate and update residents on medical treatments
****Qualifications:****
* Current license in good standing as an LPN in the State of Minnesota
* CPR certification is required
* Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
* Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
* Ability to build rapport with residents
* Compassionate and caring demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**This is a part-time evening position at our Sartell location.**
