Position Summary: The RN Weekend Manager leads weekend/after?hours staffing, providing clinical and managerial support. This role liaises between the Director of Patient Care, clinical staff, patients, families, and the community, implementing policies, managing referrals, and ensuring seamless coverage. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience Current Minnesota RN licensure Associate or bachelors degree Ability to direct and supervise staff professionally Current Minnesota drivers license and reliable vehicle Minimum three years of hospice, long?term care, or community health experience Excellent written and verbal communication Strong relationship building internally and externally Critical thinking skills Network within referral communities Knowledge of hospice regulations (CMS, state licensure, etc.) Respect for confidentiality Job Duties Supervise weekend staff across all disciplines Create weekend schedule and coordinate patient care needs Assist with referral management, triage support, and visit coverage Report to leadership and intake teams by shift end Support team programming aligned with organizational strategy Recruit, select, hire, and orient qualified staff Lead new projects as assigned Build and maintain employee morale and professional development Utilize data and resources to guide patient care Assist in budgeting and staffing plans Participate in quality improvement Identify and act upon improvement opportunities for the organization Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Long?term/high?term disability, basic and supplemental life/AD&D, dependent life/AD&D Paid vacation, sick days, and 11 holidays Flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care Opportunity to work with a caring, dynamic team Please apply to be considered for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
