Implements staff and program development/maintenance of high performance standards, good communications and positive employee relations and assures departmental staffing levels meet needs of organizational goals. Takes ownership of assignments; other duties as assigned or required. Communicates and listens effectively with internal and external customers; effectively understands instructions and shares knowledge. Cooperates and interacts with supervisors, peers, other departments, and all customer groups demonstrating our commitment to "service" Meets Budget (Operating & Capital) for assigned areas Develops policies, processes, strategies and goals that support the clinic(s) direction Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in related field of study. Education may be substituted for relevant experience which totals eight (8) years experience. Three (3) years directly related job related experience in the healthcare environment with at least two (2) years in supervisory capacity. Preferred Job Requirements: Master's Degree
