Job Summary:Design: Collaborate and liaise with architects, engineers, and designated designers to oversee all phases of construction projects. Manage submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Architect's Supplemental Instructions (ASIs), and all design alterations and directives.Pre-Construction: Solicit estimates and proposals for all project aspects, including third-party testing, inspections, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. Work closely with the Vice President to formulate appropriate scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.Construction: Coordinate documentation and execution of subcontractors and vendors. Assist the Superintendent in managing subcontractor and vendor workflows, delivery schedules, and project execution. Prepare schedule updates, budget variances, and ensure comprehensive organization and archival of all inspections.Closeout: Gather all lien waivers, warranties, and user manuals. Complete all necessary inspections and meticulously archive project documentation.Hard Skills:Proficiency in managing Change Orders, Construction Safety, and Cost Control.OSHA 30-hour certification.Supervisory experienceTechnical Skills:Familiarity with Procore.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Education/Certifications/Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.No degree requirement.Schedule/Office Policy:On-site position with occasional weekend and travel requirements to various construction sites.Vaccine Policy:Yes#J-18808-Ljbffr
