We are looking for engineers who are interested in | | owning products throughout the product lifecycle and are prepared to | | take on challenging and complicated design as well as troubleshooting | | and manufacturing/support tasks. We need curious engineers willing to | | take on anything, even if it is something they've never done before. | | We'd love you to join our team | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS | | | | Education and Experience | | | | - Must be a US Citizen eligible for and willing to obtain US | | Security Clearance | | - ABET Accredited BS/MS in Electrical Engineering | | - 5 Years Engineering Experience | | - Digital and Microprocessor System Design | | - Analog System Design/Simulation | | | | Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities | | | | - High degree of professionalism and maturity with ability to work | | independently, problem solve, and make decisions with limited | | supervision | | - Strong quality orientation, including attention to detail, | | accuracy, and thoroughness | | - Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events | | - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the | | ability to provide clear direction to others and listen actively | | - Ability to work effectively with all individuals within D-tect | | and client organizations | | - Experience working in a team-oriented atmosphere | | - Exercise good judgment, keeping in mind company policies and | | procedures | | - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE | | | | - IoT RF design (Bluetooth, WiFi, antenna selection, module or | | chip-down) | | - Low Power System Design | | - High Voltage Electronics | | - Proficient with Altium Designer | | - Developing militar -grade products including preparing products | | for manufacturing | | - Developing low-cost, highly-robust systems | | - Meeting certification requirements | | - Experience with military standards testing (MIL-STD-810G, | | MIL-STD-461) | | - Current U.S. security clearance is preferred | | - Configuration management | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
