As a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator at Apple Valley Village, you will organize and schedule appropriate clinical department coverage, including the master schedule, daily schedule and scheduling replacements for shifts. Position Type: Full-Time including working every other weekend and every other holiday Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Pay: $22.50 -$30.04 / hour depending on experience Location: 14650 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124 Scheduler/ Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities: Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department. Interview candidates for open CNA and HHA positions. Track continuing educational programs for staff. Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms. Perform additional tasks as needed. Scheduler/ Staffing Coordinator Qualifications: 1-2 years prior staffing/scheduling experience highly preferred. Must have flexibility in scheduling including on-call hours. Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff. Ability to maintain confidential information. Excellent customer service skills.
