  • Mentoring and career development of graduate and junior mechanical engineers within the team.
  • Continuously networking with colleagues and peers in the industry.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years' experience in the energy sectors mentioned above or the oil & gas industry or an equivalent industry.
  • Professional Engineering License is required.
  • The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the major design codes and standards relevant to this work. Particular examples include ASME B 31.3, ASME VIII, and ASME B 31.12. Some experience with ASME B31.4 and ASME B31.8 would be preferred.

  • Experience in Specification of Mechanical Equipment and initiating RFQs and documenting bid evaluations for review by others.
  • Utilize time management techniques to organize and prioritize workload and identification of needs for external support.
  • Ability to meet with clients to represent our technical capabilities in the gas facility space.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with clients, colleagues, designers, engineers, and project managers.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptable, agile, and responsive to quick changes in direction.
