Speech Language Pathologist-Spanish

As a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist, you will work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing/feeding disorders in children. You will report to the Speech Therapy Clinical Director and play a vital role in providing quality care to our diverse patient population.

Goals:

· 40-hour work week with a treatment goal of 28 hours per week.

· Maximum scheduled hours set at 33.75 hours per week.

· Bonus Structure: Eligible for a weekly performance bonus for every hour over the treatment goal.

Responsibilities:

· Develop individualized care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.

· Provide personalized, evidence-based care, and proven interventions.

· Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally.

· Collaborate with other therapists in our multidisciplinary environment.

· Accurately document patient care services.

Requirements:

· Current and valid Arkansas PT license.

· Spanish-speaking skills are preferred
