Job Description Position Summary:

ProMedica Home Care has an exciting and rewarding Physical Therapist position in the greater Fostoria area (BG, Findlay, Fostoria, Tiffin, Pemberville, Gibsonburg). The physical therapist is responsible for developing and administering physical therapy treatment programs to facilitate rehabilitation of physically disabled patients and to maximize function and independence in the privacy of their home. They help direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance performance, along with facilitating the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity. Job Requirements

* Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy.

* Current licensure with the state of Ohio.

* Six months to one year experience in Physical Therapy Acute Care.

* Current CPR certification.
