As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office facilities.Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department- Maintain the breakroom and coffee supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and clean- Coordinate and escort vendors and service providers, such as vending and breakroom supply deliveries- Receive and distribute incoming packages from couriers- Assist with ordering and organizing office supplies and equipment- Keep track of office inventory and ensure supplies are replenished as needed- Provide administrative support to various departments as neededQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or office setting- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeThis is a temporary position with a full day of onsite training on May 15th.
