Major/Essential Functions Financial Aid Processing: Shares in responsibility for the Financial Aid Office Assist in the monitoring and assuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Responsible for performing the day-to-day operations of the Financial Aid Office Assists in prioritizing and allocating workloads for support staff. Counsel students/parents regarding federal, state and private student financial aid (including presenting orientations) Responsible for assisting in the monitoring and updating of Banner with current information. Insure accurate and appropriate record keeping as required by federal, state, and institutional regulations. Monitor and review daily disbursements report for accuracy. Primary lead for Title IV Return of Funds process Assist in timely submission of required reports Monitor/verify institutional, state, and federal funds within regulations and reconciliations.
