Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and manage moderate to complicated Pump, Power, Compressed Air and Climate Control projects.
  • Supports local Territory Account Managers through joint job walks, product education, applications identification, and assistance on quote creation
  • Perform basic to advanced application training on design and functions of equipment.
  • Through continued learning/education, become a trusted subject matter expert on all Advanced Solutions product lines.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert with EquipmentShares technology platform to educate both customers on the True Value Proposition provided by EquipmentShare
  • Troubleshooting System / Installations
  • Must be able to train and coach Pump, Power, Compressor and Climate Control associates on equipment trouble-shooting and product knowledge
  • Travel to Advanced Solutions locations on the West Coast, though focused in the Northwest.
  • Must stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleet
  • Ability to train multi skill mechanics on all Advanced Solutions product lines.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Highly product-centric with the ability to solution sell for both transactional and critical projects
  • Ability to design solutions and as required coordinate project mobilization and provide on-site assistance (project management)
  • Knowledge Pumps, Generators, Compressed Air & climate control applications
  • Ability to travel overnight multiple times a month to cover assigned AOR.
  • Knowledge of the rental industry with a minimum of 4 years product knowledge in the above specific types of equipment.
  • Candidate must live in the area of responsibility (Portland, Seattle or Spokane).
